Paper Boat (Childhood Dreams)
Painting #36

6" x 6"
oil on canvas panel

Sold

I was up early this morning and I watched an amazing sunrise smear across the sky. It brought to mind the pure joy of childhood and my early use of color and paints. I knew right away that today's painting would reflect those feelings and maybe revisit those memories, if only for a moment.

  1. I love this wild fantastic journey. It really captures your mood. Red in the morning, sailors take warning, red at night sailor's delight. Great job!

  7. I really like this one! It made me smile - My boys have made boats just like this one to float down the creek. Nice, warm colors
