ReplyDeleteSooo...how do you eat the persimmons? raw, in recipes? We have people give them to us all the time and I'm a bit unsure...?

Thanks, Kit...we eat persimmons like apples,raw and usually sliced. Haven't tried them cooked yet.
ReplyDeletethere's two kinds of persimmons, one has the more heart-like shape which can only be eaten when its very ripe and soft- like jelly; the other, like your charming watercolor, is eaten when its crisp.
